The photo features North Carolina State player Lorenzo Charles making the dunk before time ran out. It is signed by both Lorenzo Charles and Derek Whittenburg. The NCAA Tournaments have been in existence since 1939, although the number of teams invited each year have fluctuated. Only 8 teams were invited in 1939 through 1950, while today 64 teams are entered into the competition. Each year, the NCAA Tournaments, March Madness and Final Four continue to be a part of a long-lasting college basketball tradition.
